We strive to ship all orders exactly as you would expect to receive them. In the unfortunate even that we ship you the incorrect item, we will be happy to rectify it immediately. Please contact our customer service department, and a return label to ship the items back to us as quickly as possible will be generated, along with the correct item being shipped out to you.
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of item’s receipt. You must contact Atlantis Hydroponics®™ via phone or email to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping the product back to us. Returns must be received within 10 business days of issuing the RMA number to you. The returned item(s) must be in the exact same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. All returns must come in their original box with all packing material. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund the price to you minus a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Even when the order is “Free Shipping” we incur shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
Due to the nature of our rapidly changing inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for a different wattage, size, or quantity after you have received the items. In the event you purchased the wrong item, please contact us for a return or exchange. If you want a different item, we will gladly accept your return and you are welcome to purchase another item we have available.
Most products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are returning defective products within 30 days of purchase we will accept the return, if after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. To avoid voiding your warranty, be sure to save boxes, receipts, and warranty information.
