In an effort to make your On-line shopping experience as trouble free as possible, Atlantis has adopted a new layer of security in its packaging and shipping routine. Occasionally mistakes occur, resulting in the customer not receiving all or part of their purchase. Going forward every outgoing order is digitally videoed with a time stamp (date, time and order number). This method of ‘time stamping’, allows us to compare with your purchase what actually got packaged and shipped from any of our facilities. This will greatly reduce any poor performance or theft that we may incur and we will be able to rush you any item(s) we unintentionally did not give to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for your delivery. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any portion of your order, please contact us immediately to begin resolving the situation.

Occasionally we may e-mail specials or mail promotional material. All catalogs will come plainly wrapped from A.H. Inc. If you do not wish to receive any correspondence from us, you may unsubscribe from our list at any time.
