Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly wrapped from AH Inc. and are generally shipped out the same day we receive your order. Please understand when selecting 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping that the delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves the warehouse. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon the order leaving our warehouse. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured up to $100. Should you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please select "no signature" or contact us via phone or email.

UPS World Ship rates are used to automatically calculate shipping costs when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional shipping charges before we ship the order.

Orders placed on the web over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. This excludes oversized items and you will be notified if extra charges apply. Free Shipping applies to states in the Continental US and excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, and Alaska.

• All web orders shipping to Georgia and Tennessee are subject to sales tax.

• Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, however exclusions apply on select items (beer and wine supplies, heavy, oversized, and generally difficult to ship products). If there is a shipping fee on the shopping cart page, this is because one or more of the items in the cart does not qualify for free shipping.

• Due to the extremely competitive pricing of our beer brewing and wine making supplies, we are unable to provide free shipping for these items, but we will still gladly honor our Low Price Promise. In some cases, shipping costs may vary based on the specific nature and shipping needs of an item ordered. • Orders may be required to go to the billing address at Atlantis Hydroponics™'s discretion. Expedited orders are required to go to the billing address. For more information on our policy, please contact us. In some cases, customers may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form.

• Items being shipped outside of the continental US may require additional shipping. You will be notified in such an event. Shipments to Canada and other countries may be taxed/dutied by the receiving country. UPS or the shipping company used will contact the customer directly to pay the taxes/duties. Atlantis Hydroponics™ has no way of knowing what these fees will be and is not responsible for any additional monies required by the receiving country.

• Overnight Delivery is subject to availability and regional restrictions.

Inspect your package upon arrival! If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage. Please call us if a situation occurs and we will assist you in making a shipping claim.
