Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, contact Atlantis Hydroponics™ via phone or email to obtain an RA number. We will accept returns and exchanges if the item is in its original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase. Nutrients and liquid items are not accepted for return. All shipping costs are to be incurred by the buyer and the return may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Most products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are returning defective products within 30 days of purchase we will accept the return, if after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. To avoid voiding your warranty, be sure to save boxes, receipts, and warranty information.

WE WON’T LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK!

Light System defects are rare, but may happen. Should problems arise with your light system within 6 months of purchase indicating such a defect, contact us and we will arrange for an immediate replacement.
