When ordering, we ask our customers to provide their personal information so that we can fill product orders properly, respond to inquiries, and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY: Should you wish to return an item, contact Atlantis Hydroponics via phone or email to obtain an RA number. We will accept returns and exchanges if the item is in its original boxed condition. Nutrients and liquid items are not accepted for return. All shipping costs are to be incurred by the buyer and the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Most products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are returning defective products within 30 days of purchase we we will accept the return, if after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturers warranty. To avoid voiding your warranty, be sure to save boxes, reciepts, and warranty information.

In an effort to make your On-line shopping experience as trouble free as possible, Atlantis has adopted a new layer of security in its packaging and shipping routine. Occasionally mistakes occur, resulting in the customer not receiving all or part of their purchase. Going forward every outgoing order is digitally videoed with a time stamp (date, time and order number). This method of ‘time stamping’, allows us to compare with your purchase what actually got packaged and shipped from any of our facilities. This will greatly reduce any poor performance or theft that we may incur and we will be able to rush you any item(s) we unintentionally did not give to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for your delivery. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any portion of your order, please contact us immediately to begin resolving the situation.

We pride ourselves on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly wrapped from AH Inc. and are generally shipped out the same day we receive your order. Please understand when selecting 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping that the delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves the warehouse. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon the order leaving our warehouse. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured up to $100. Should you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please select "no signature" or contact us via phone or email.

UPS World Ship rates are used to automatically calculate shipping costs when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional shipping charges before we ship the order.

Orders placed on the web over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. This excludes oversized items and you will be notified if extra charges apply. Free Shipping applies to states in the Continental US and excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Inspect your package upon arrival! If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage. Please call us if a situation occurs and we will assist you in making a shipping claim.

EDUCATION: Teaching earth-friendly practices also translates to directly to the community. Atlantis has participated in a number of science days, youth-oriented programs, grade school education, and even art exhibits.

Pictured are some students in a science class at Eagle's Landing High School. Their teacher, Mike Hutchings liked the idea of learning to grow hydroponically so they set up stations at every lab table for the semester.

The Brownwood Rec Center in East Atlanta is a home away from home to many kids and teens. Atlantis teamed up with the Brownwood Recreation Center, a City of Atlanta Bureau of Recreation facility, to start the first ever Atlanta area program that teaches kids to learn the benefits of entrepreneurship and hydroponics.To help them along the way, we donated a complete indoor garden system for the center. The goal: to try and raise money for the kids to take a trip in the spring by growing fresh, organic produce and culinary herbs for local restaurants, even in the winter. The relationship is great... A professor and artist at the University of Georgia, he asked us to assist with his beautiful installation. See Pics.
