Q) Does it swing a wire under the grill that trims the leafs?
A) Correct.. There is actually a series of wires that help take all the leafs off your product
Q) how can i order replacement blades? is this product the same as a spinpro??
A) It comes with replacement (wire) blades in the box, and you can also order additional parts. Yes, the Spinpro is similar product.
Q) What is the easiest way to clean the trimmer after a crop.
A) Manufacturers suggest that the best way to clean a leaf trimmer after harvest is to use isopropyl alcohol on a cloth. Sharpening the blades is also ideal for maintenance and can be done with a grindstone.
Q) How much of the (bud) or flower am I going to lose? Trimming take hours yes, but iI don't cut off any flower this way.
A) Well it depends on the make-up of the plant, bud or flowers. In my experience this trimmer does a great job of trimming medium or small pieces but some of the larger plant material as well as the very small material is best done by hand. As for as the amount of “lost” material, I do not think you lose much as long as it is not so small that it falls through the grates.
