Timers and Atmospheric Controls
Please note if you have purchased an environmental controller and you have questions concerning setup or troubleshooting, please call the manufacturers 1-800 number in the instructions or on the box for technical assistance. The manufacturers provide excellent technical support and will be happy to address any concerns you may have.
If your unit has malfunctioned and it needs to be repaired or replaced, the manufacturer will make recommendations on how to accomplish this most efficiently.
Even though the repair and/or replacement of the product(s) are up to the manufacturer, Atlantis Hydroponics will do its best to help expedite & facilitate the process.
Environmental controllers are an important part of regulating your growing environment, but are not completely necessary. Timers or other appliances can work in place of the controllers if your unit needs to be returned for repair. Please understand that Atlantis Hydroponics will not be issuing replacement controllers for units that are in need of repair, unless so authorized to do so by the manufacturer.
